London Fog

Steamed Soymilk floated over Earl Gray tea. finished with chartreuse vanilla simple syrup and a gold leaf.

2 Tbsp Earl Grey Syrup*
3/4 cup SilkĀ® Soy Barista Collection
1 tsp Bee Pollen
1/8 tsp Edible Gold Dust

1. Place Earl Grey tea syrup into a glass.
2. Froth milk until micro-foam.
3. Pour frothed milk inside cup at an angle.
4. Top with gold garnish.

*EARL GREY TEA Syrup

1-1/2 Tbsp Loose Leaf Earl Grey Tea
2-1/2 Tbsp Hot Water
1 Tbsp Yellow Chartreuse
2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

1. Brew tea in 1/3 cup hot water.
2. Remove tea leaves from water once brewed to desired strength.
3. Mix chartreuse, cane sugar and vanilla together with hot tea until sugar is dissolved.

Extra frothy coconut milk infused with golden turmeric, lavender essence and a touch of wildflower honey. Finished with dried lavender buds and bee pollen.

 

2 Tbsp Turmeric Syrup*
3/4 cup SilkĀ® Coconut Barista Collection
1/4 tsp Bee Pollen
1/8 tsp Dried Lavender Buds

1. Place turmeric syrup at the bottom of the latte cup.
2. Froth milk until micro-foam.
3. Pour frothed coconut milk into latte cup.
4. Garnish with bee pollen and lavender.

*Turmeric Syrup

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Hot Water
1 Tbsp Wild Flower Honey
1 drop Lavender Essential Oil

Mix turmeric, water, honey and
Lavender oil together until
completely homogenized.
